Start of the week
I am currently part of the Business Development team. The week starts on Mondays with the Daily - basically my official warm-up for the week. This is where tasks, tickets and appointments are distributed so that I know straight away what is coming up. Perfect for not letting my divided week descend into chaos!
Customer contact
Direct communication with customers is an integral part of my week. Appointments with new customers and online webinars are just as much a part of it as looking after our existing customers. This allows me to identify their requirements and challenges and develop targeted, suitable solutions as a team.
Property viewings
Lock the computer and go into the property - because real insights can only be gained on site. We take the time to personally analyze each building in order to develop the best solutions. In this way, I not only get the real estate industry on track digitally, but also help drive the energy transition - digitalization with a green extra, so to speak. 😄
Off to University
At the end of the week it's time for me to go to university. I'm always looking forward to meeting my fellow students. Sometimes I go to campus, sometimes the modules are online. In the lectures I can expand and deepen my knowledge of the real estate industry.
