What is the minimum RAM/Storage (GB) we recommend (apart from current devices)?
- Android: 6GB/256GB (The higher the RAM and storage, the better the performance)

What screen size do we recommend?
Since we recommend specific devices, the screen size is predefined for that device, so there are very few ways to adjust it. The 11'' (iOS) and 12.4'' (Android) screen sizes have been tested and work fine, only the 13" devices are something we still need to check. So, recommended size would be (11'' - 13'').
Is EN.Tab compatible with all ERP systems?
Our system offers interfaces to the following products, among others:

For all other systems, we are happy to use the existing interfaces. And we can also work with the tried and tested Excel lists. ✅
Can EN.Tab really be used offline?
Yes, the app also works without an internet connection. You save your logs and processes in the work basket. As soon as the device has a data connection again, all processes are synchronized.
How are the protocols and registration confirmation handed over?
After you have signed digitally and legally, the documents will be sent automatically by email if you have an internet connection. This includes the reports themselves, the registration certificate in accordance with Section 19 BMG and the meter reading notification to heat measurement service providers. It is also possible to connect and send the documents via email.
How many pictures can be taken per handover?
To ensure that your finished reports can be sent by email, we have set a limit of 100 photos per report. The photos can be stored in the appropriate place for individual inventory items, rooms or counters. You can also use the additional storage on the iPad.
