With the hydraulic balancing and heating check in the existing building, we ensure the even distribution of the heating water in the heating system.
Heat pumps in existing buildings for a renewable heat supply. A thing of the future?
As a rule, heating systems in existing buildings are replaced with a new system every 15 years. The investment costs for the boiler and gas heater as well as the installation costs are manageable and the supposed modernization of the heating system can be easily calculated and implemented by the installation companies.
However, these systems will not help you achieve a renewable heat supply or reduce CO2 taxes. To achieve these, you need to convert to bivalent or multivalent heating systems, i.e. heating systems in which several heat generators work together.
For example, environmental heating systems such as a heat pump are combined with a conventional heat generator such as gas to heat buildings. What is everyday practice in new buildings has not yet been addressed in existing buildings. Until now!

Achieving the 2035 climate targets now
With our system solution, we enable our customers to meet the 2035 climate targets as early as 2023 thanks to digitalization. Our goal is to completely replace the use of fossil primary energy sources in heat supply with renewable heat and to reduce CO2 emissions to zero.
How does climate neutrality work with heat pumps for multi-family houses?
In order to achieve climate-neutral heat supply and decarbonization in the boiler room – and thus reduce CO2 taxes – we plan, develop and implement bivalent heating systems for existing buildings in the multi-family house segment.

Frequently asked questions about renewable heat supply
How much CO2 can I save in the area of heating in an existing building?
With our system solutions you can save up to 100% depending on the size and insulation.
What renovation work do I need to do within the apartments?
Underfloor heating and low-temperature radiators are helpful - but it can also be done without any renovation work.
Are oil and gas boilers not a good choice for future heat supply?
A heating system should provide reliable heat in a building for at least 20 years. It is already clear today that such a long time horizon entails considerable risks for the operation of a gas boiler. CO2 taxation could mean that the operation of such a system will become uneconomical in just a few years compared to a renewable heat supply.
Will the new heating system provide reliable heat even when the temperature is below freezing?
We assure you: Each system is configured with historical weather data for the respective location during the planning process. Our specialists at the Enloc Group design the technology in such a way that no one has to freeze, even when the outside temperature is very cold.
Can Enloc keep the costs of the current heat supply down with a new system?
Up to now, your heating costs have obviously been extremely low due to low gas prices. The heating costs of our systems are above all constant and can be planned for the long term. The reason for this is the very high proportion of renewable energy sources available free of charge (ambient heat, solar energy). Our target for all projects is monthly heating costs of €1.20/m².
