Find the position that suits you in our job advertisements, fill out the form and upload your cover letter, your CV and your references in our form. If you can convince us with your CV and cover letter, we will send you an invitation to a telephone interview. - Telephone interview - We have a good feeling 💯
We think you are a good fit for us and have a suitable position for you - then we will find an appointment for a telephone interview together. You will discuss your application with one of our team leaders, can ask questions about our company and manifest your application. - Interview - Now it gets personal 💬
If we have convinced each other in the telephone conversation, you will be invited to an interview here in the Enloc World. In the personal round, you will have the opportunity to find out more about us and the position you have applied for. And we can see how your personal strengths fit with our team. And if we convince each other in the end, we will offer you a contract and invite you to do a trial work. - Trial work - is the chemistry right? 🕔
We work closely and at full speed together, so the chemistry in the teams has to be right. During the trial period, you get to know the team that belongs to your position and you can prove yourself in practice.
