Is EN.Tab compatible with all ERP systems?

For all other systems, we are happy to rely on existing interfaces. And we can also work with traditional Excel spreadsheets. ✅
Is EN.Tab truly usable offline?
Yes, the app can indeed be used without an internet connection. Protocols and operations are stored in the workbasket. Once the device regains an internet connection, all operations are synchronized.
How are the protocols and notifications transmitted?
Once you have digitally and legally signed, the transmission is automatically done via email when there is an internet connection. This includes the protocols themselves, the notification according to §19 of the Federal Reporting Act, as well as the notification of the meter status to the heat metering service provider. In addition, connecting and sending documents via E-Post is possible.
How many photos can be taken per handover?
To ensure that your completed protocols can be sent by email, we have set a limit of 100 photos per protocol. For individual inventory items, rooms, or meters, the photos can be attached in the respective location. Additionally, you can utilize the extra photo storage on the iPad.
